Juniper House update: topping out

Almost 2 years on since the ground-breaking ceremony, Juniper House celebrated its milestone topping out ceremony on the redevelopment project by Waltham Forest Council.

Following on from our 6 month time-lapse video tweet in September, the development will include 91 Apartments (50% of which will be affordable), circa 950 square metres of retail/commercial space and a nursery. The residential is situated in a 16-storey tower and a 4-storey block behind, with mixed affordable and private sale homes with its own play area, a new flexible commercial space and a pocket park.
