On behalf of our client Quintain, we have achieved practical completion on their development Madison (also known as Plot E01/02) situated within the Wembley Park regeneration site.
The development consists of four residential blocks ranging from 13 to 16 storeys with residential amenity space located at roof and at ground levels. The development also includes a two-storey gym, creche and landscaped podiums which feature a children’s playpark and elegant BBQ spaces with views to the neighbouring National Stadium.
Two buildings within Madison have been sold to London Borough of Brent’s i4B affordable housing subsidiary for key workers and to Legal & General affordable homes.
Sustainable features of the scheme include an integrated Envac® which sucks waste and recycling down underground tunnels to a collection therefore minimising cutting emissions from refuse lorries. In addition, the development will be serviced by a district heating network provided by a low carbon energy centre.
An underground car parking network linked to neighbouring sites holds space for 195 cars.
