Construction and fit out of Virgin Active branded health and fitness clubs with 25m swimming pools and training facilities.

Virgin had adopted a generic specification and has previously acquired the Holmes Place business. The completed clubs include lounges, bars, reception areas, aerobic studios, gymnasium, creches, tennis and spas at locations throughout UK and Europe.

Locations include: Preston, Leeds, Manchester, Acton, Derby, Rayleigh, Sheffield, Islington, Wandsworth, Nottingham, Twickenham, Bologna and Genoa.

The clubs are either new build structures from 35,000 to 55,000 sq ft or construction of clubs within existing buildings.
