Our Role
Stace were appointed as Cost Consultants and Contract Administrators by Cloud Twelve Club Ltd and CDM support via the Principal Designers – Melt Design Hub.
A premium family member’s club, located in Notting Hill, Cloud Twelve occupies 10,000 square foot of space spread over three floors.
Cloud Twelve is a wellness and lifestyle club, with an interactive play and learn zone for families with children, luxury spa and salon, brasserie and a holistic wellness clinic.
The scheme was a conversion of a mews property previously used as a film museum.
Our Impact
The completed project has produced an exclusive Private Members Club that caters for the wellbeing of its patrons in a place of serenity. The centre’s facilities include cryosauna, sauna, steam room and Himalayan salt room together with the more traditional health centre treatment rooms.
