Development of a purpose-built, Build to Rent development delivering 44 homes.

Winterberry Court consists of 44 flats across a three storey and a five storey, L-shaped building. Red brick was used to match the surrounding area but the design is modern with full height composite windows and large glazed balconies. The flats are finished to a high standard with the latest technology such as fibre optic broadband.

The project involved retaining existing trees, working around an on-site electrical sub-station and development of parking, landscaping, play area and highways works.

The programme was constantly reviewed and contingency plans were developed to avoid a winter handover upon the client’s request. The team also managed changes to the design and the impact on the Planning Permission.
