Charter Place is a redevelopment of a brownfield site located at 714 – 746 London Road in Hounslow to provide Build to Rent homes in a mixed-use development.

Completed ahead of the original 25-month programme, the project delivered 293 new BTR homes in the London Borough of Hounslow.

Charter Place is a premium collection of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rental homes, within 9 blocks with a number of duplex units and mews houses. Additionally, the project includes 10,000 sq. ft of new commercial space (which includes retail and leisure facilities) and car parking spaces.

Located on the thriving London Road, each apartment offers either a balcony or private outside space.

There is an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants on the nearby high street, just moments away and Hounslow East Underground station which offers access to the Piccadilly Line.
