Background
New private and affordable homes at Pontoon Dock in East London.
Pontoon Dock is a major residential development in the London Borough of Newham, next to Thames Barrier Park. The development delivered 236 new homes, split across 154 for private rented and 82 affordable homes for both rental or shared ownership.
The development achieved practical completion in March 2020.
The construction works included alterations to the access to the elevated DLR station and Thames Barrier Park.
The residential apartments are provided in three 14-storey blocks and will support much-needed houses for London.
Our Role
Stace delivered cost management and employer’s agent services on Pontoon Dock for our Client, Linkcity.
