2 Kingdom Street is the latest flexible workspace for Storey.

The addition of 2 Kingdom Street will provide circa 26,000 sq. ft of flexible workspace to Storey’s portfolio. The workspace is located at British Land’s Paddington Central campus.

The project comprised a floor-wide strip-out and subsequent Category B fit-out to create separate seven tenant demises for office accommodation. The fit-out included varying requirements for meeting rooms, kitchenettes and furniture.

The shared workspace includes a feature long bar and library area overlooking West London. The space has been designed to make the most of the natural light and impressive views.

Additionally, as part of a separate project, Stace delivered our services to the atrium of 2 Kingdom Street. The project included the refurbishment of a coffee shop, and CAT A works on additional commercial units. The project included the installation of a smart lighting system designed by Jason Bruges Studio. The installation was complemented with a bespoke timber-clad feature wall, interfacing with the coffee shop.
