Citygrove is redeveloping the building on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management. The development will provide Grade A office space with prime retail units on the ground floor level.
The project required the removal of all internal walls and the formation of a new atrium through the centre of the building. The existing steel frame was exposed with new steel spliced on to the existing frame.
When complete the prime Grade A office space will be 325,000 sq. ft along with the premium 20,000 sq. ft retail space. Overall the new development will offer 30% more floor accommodation than the previous building.
Stace is providing Principal Designer and client CDM Advisor services to 60 London Wall.
