A stunning refurbishment of four Georgian Grade II listed townhouses to create a 35 bedroom private members club complete with business lounges, bars and restaurants.

Home Grown is a private members’ club for high-growth entrepreneurs, located in the heart of London.

The project comprised of undertaking a comprehensive yet sensitive internal and external refurbishment of four townhouses that had been converted to form a large single building, to preserve and enhance the heritage asset. The refurbishment took place over five existing floors with the extension of a new mansard roof and the restoration of the front façade.

Throughout the project, the team used their expertise on listed buildings, preserving the structure and building, ensuring required due diligence and care was taken at every stage.
