106 Lewes Road Shortlisted for Offsite Construction Awards

Stace are delighted to announce that Student Accommodation scheme 106 Lewes Road, Brighton has been shortlisted for the Offsite Construction Awards, ‘Best Hybrid Technology’.

Stace were appointed by McLaren Property in a Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Principal Designer, Party Wall and Cost Management capacity, working with Waugh Thistleton Architects.

The completed development offers 44 self-contained student studio apartments and is well placed for transport links to both university campuses.
