Pontoon Dock

Stace are pleased to announce their involvement in Pontoon Dock, a major residential-led development by Linkcity in partnership with Grainger Plc and the London Pensions Fund Authority.

Situated on the Royal Docks, adjacent to the Thames Barrier Park, Pontoon Dock will be a major residential development in the London Borough of Newham.

The scheme will deliver 236 new homes – 154 PRS and 82 affordable – across three 14 storey tower blocks. Works will also include extensive communal residential facilities, retail units, car parking facilities and public realm works.
