Carolyn House, Croydon has reached the topping out milestone.
A £32.5 million major mixed-use redevelopment project for HSBC Pension Fund with contractors, JJ Rhatigan and developers, LaSalle is on schedule for completion in mid-2019.
The scheme involves taking an existing 1960’s office block back to its bare concrete frame, removing rooftop plant rooms to enable it to be refitted and vertically extended 6 storeys to total 23 storeys, to provide 183 serviced apartments, broken down into 79 1-bed, 103 2-bed and 1 3-bed apartments.
The scheme also provides for 2 commercial units at ground floor and rooftop gardens and amenity space for the residents.
Stace are providing Employer’s Agent and Cost Management services to the project.
