Tallest Topping Out For Wembley Part To Date

Last week we celebrated the topping out of the tallest block to date at Wembley Park – one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK. Our client, Quintain, continues to drive the Wembley Park development at pace and Canada Gardens is the largest project to date.

The 25-storey block forms part of the 743 apartment development including seven blocks, podium, coach park and energy centre being constructed by John Sisk & Son with Stace providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Health and Safety Advisor services.

The topping out ceremony included speeches by Owen Sisk (Director, John Sisk & Son) and Matt Voyce (Executive Director, Quintain) and was attended by key representatives from Homes England and the London Borough of Brent. Construction of Canada Gardens is due to complete in 2020.

Since 2003, Stace has provided services to Quintain as part of the Wembley Park regeneration. By the end of 2021, Stace will have delivered over 2,900 homes and 141,000 sq. ft of communal space in partnership with Quintain and its contractors.
